A whimsical chest on chest, probably from Nova Scotia in curly birch with bone inlays and escutcheons. Wonderful shaping on the crest and apron and highly carved applied half columns on the lower section. Circa 1820 –1830; 6" high. CHEST ON CHEST FROM EASTERN CANADA
